Everything FleetBox's platform gives you to track, protect, and optimize your fleet.
Live Tracking is a unique and innovative software feature that comes standard with FleetBox devices. This feature enables our customers to see their vehicle move live on the map in real time. It's extremely handy for fleet managers and individual vehicle owners as it helps them keep a close eye on the vehicle to avoid abuse. FleetBox's live tracking feature is extremely simple to use and helps our customers see their vehicles moving on the map with all the important data and parameters right alongside it.
FleetBox offers Geo-Fencing as a standard feature on all its devices. Geo-Fencing uses global positioning system (GPS) to define geographical boundaries or a virtual barrier and can alert the vehicle manager on entry or exit of the vehicle into the selected boundary. FleetBox's Geo-Fence feature allows you to quickly and easily set up geographic boundaries around specific areas and then receive automated alerts via SMS or email whenever a vehicle enters or exits those boundaries.

The high cost of fuel always has a major impact on the operating expense of any business. Fleet owners are always looking for technologies that can help them find ways to cut costs. FleetBox offers various options for users to monitor fuel consumption in order to take measures to cut fuel costs. Our fuel level sensor works with our GPS tracking device to send live fuel monitoring data to our server and help us do real-time monitoring of fuel volume and fleet tracking.

The SOS button enables the customer to transmit a silent distress signal when they are in a critical situation like theft, accident, or other danger. As soon as the driver presses the SOS button, it triggers a message to the fleet owner/manager via SMS and email as selected by the user in their preferences.
One of the most fundamental requirements from a vehicle tracking system is to provide accurate and timely exception reporting. FleetBox covers a range of alerts and notifications, communicated via email or SMS when such events occur — including over-speeding alerts to improve driver safety and fuel efficiency, idling alerts to cut fuel costs and reduce employee downtime, and geo-fence alerts to monitor when vehicles enter or exit a location.
FleetBox's platform includes a state-of-the-art MIS system that helps fleet managers and vehicle owners make effective decisions to support ongoing operations. FleetBox supports various scheduled and on-demand reports that users can run whenever needed, with results emailed to any number of recipients daily or weekly — including dashboard log, history, geo-fence, route deviation, summary, halt, tracking history, and fuel monitoring reports.
RFID solutions can be seamlessly integrated with FleetBox devices, which are capable of supporting both active and passive RFID tags and readers. RFID solutions are used in a wide range of applications, ranging from driver authentication to student tags and mobile, movable assets.
The advanced version of FleetBox comes with a Camera option. The camera takes a periodic picture inside or outside the vehicle and transfers it to our server. The user or fleet manager can view these pictures using our mobile or web application. Our state-of-the-art encryption technology also allows us to take and transfer pictures even on slow 2G networks.
One of the niche features of FleetBox is its two-way audio communication. FleetBox devices can be connected to a microphone and speaker for a seamless two-way, on-demand communication setup. This feature allows users to talk to the driver in real time or listen to the conversation happening inside the cabin.
Route deviation is a consistent problem faced by logistics companies worldwide. Our route deviation alert and reporting system can help manage route deviations — drivers can unknowingly go the wrong direction, or do it with a wrong intention. With a geo-fence-enabled GPS solution, these incidents can be avoided since it comes with an instant alert feature.

When a driver applies too much pressure on the brakes and the vehicle loses momentum sharply in a short span of time, that is defined as harsh braking. This type of driving behavior is considered aggressive and unsafe. It's important for a fleet manager or organization to monitor harsh braking, as it can heat up and warp brake discs, wear brake pads faster, lower fuel efficiency, put passengers at risk, and increase the risk of an accident.
When a driver applies more than normal force to the vehicle's accelerator, that is classified as harsh acceleration. Many people and organizations use it as an indicator of aggressive and unsafe driving. This style of driving is wasteful and uneconomic from a fuel consumption point of view, so it's important for any fleet manager or organization to monitor harsh acceleration to ensure drivers aren't driving unsafely.

FleetBox can monitor various connections configured during installation. You can get alerts and notifications for various vehicle connections — RFID tags can be used to manage ignition, air conditioning, headlights, doors, auto-close doors remotely, and remote vehicle shutdown, among other connections.
FleetBox devices support remote vehicle immobilization, giving fleet managers a way to shut down a vehicle's engine remotely via the platform, app, or SMS — a critical safety and recovery tool in the event of theft or unauthorized use.
FleetBox devices are also unique in having the ability to be 100% remotely configurable, right from preferences down to firmware upgrades, over the air (OTA). This drastically reduces the cost and downtime for a vehicle needing re-installation of devices every time a new feature is available or a setting has to be updated.
